A 27-member independent Project Review Board consisting of sociologists and criminologists from leading universities, civic leaders and representatives from the police department and government of the District of
Columbia verified that violent crime was effectively reduced by 23%.

This study was one of many I had the privilege of being introduced to in a brilliant new film called
