BUILD YOUR LIFE
Increase Actions of Value
- What is the 20% of what you do that creates the 80% of real value in your life?
- Schedule more of the most productive 20% of activities and find ways to
reduce the 80% of things you do that have little or no
value.

When I was at school, I used to believe that as long as I studied for a certain amount of hours, I would do well. So I would slog away, feeling satisfied that the many hours I was putting in would guarantee a good result. Needless to say, the results were mostly poor. I never realised that
working hard was no substitute for working smart.
The 80/20 or Pareto Principle says that 20% of our activities will make up 80% of the value of all our activities
combined. When you can identify the most productive 20% of your activities, you will have a recipe for working smart. Then the sky is the
limit!
