Rothenberg, a professor of psychiatry at Harvard University,
did. He undertook a study of successful people in sport, art,
business and science. What do you think he found to be the
number one cause of success? Talent? Personality? How about IQ
or qualifications? After an exhaustive study Professor
Rothenberg found only one factor that in his words was
‘absolutely, across the board, present in all successful
people – motivation’.
