                                                 QUOTE OF THE WEEK

'My life success boils down to emotional state management.'

- Anthony Robbins, leading personal development expert

Welcome to Lifebuilder!

Have you ever wondered if there is any single factor present in the lives of all successful people?

Albert Rothenberg, a professor of psychiatry at Harvard University, did. He undertook a study of successful people in sport, art, business and science. What do you think he found to be the number one cause of success? Talent? Personality? How about IQ or qualifications? After an exhaustive study Professor Rothenberg found only one factor that in his words was ‘absolutely, across the board, present in all successful people – motivation’.

BUILD YOUR LIFE

Right now, think about a time when you have been motivated to take effective action – perhaps you started an exercise programme or developed an entrepreneurial idea.

What kind of emotional state were you in at the time? How can you create that state again?

Great! But what is motivation? The dictionary describes motivation as ‘an emotion that produces action’. Success is your ability to induce the emotions that lead to positive actions.

Next week, discover the emotions that motivate you to success!

Until then – Create Your Self!
